Welcome to Ride Lanka Cabs. By accessing and booking our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all clients, passengers, and users of our island-wide transport network based in Kalutara, Sri Lanka.
All ride bookings made through our website, hotlines, or corporate dispatch are subject to vehicle availability. To maintain operational efficiency, we kindly request cancellations to be made at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup time. Ride Lanka Cabs reserves the right to charge minimal cancellation fees for late notifications on premium or long-distance tours.
We pride ourselves on Transparent & Fixed Pricing. The rates provided during confirmation are absolute, covering standard fuel, driver charges, and basic transit. However, expressway toll charges, parking fees at specific tourist locations or airports, and unexpected multi-destination deviations requested mid-journey are payable additionally by the client unless explicitly bundled beforehand.
For the safety of our expert chauffeurs and passengers, illegal substances, smoking, and disruptive behavior inside vehicles are strictly prohibited. Passengers are legally liable for any willful damage caused to the interior, exterior, or hardware of the allocated fleet vehicle during transit.
While Ride Lanka Cabs actively tracks delayed flights to rearrange pickups punctually at Bandaranaike International Airport (CMB), we are not responsible for delays caused due to custom clearances, lost baggage procedures, or force majeure events such as extreme weather conditions or sudden national road blockades.
